Our pineapple source is grown in spacious plantation under the Camarines Norte tropical sun, sprinkled with fresh water and hand-picked by our local farmers. Formosa (Queen) pineapple is perfect for pancakes, waffles, crepes, toasts, biscuits, breads, sandwiches, cookies, as an add on to your oatmeal, tarts and others. Ideal storage time for our pineapple jam in sealed jar is about 12 months shelf life if stored in a cool dry area and approximately another three months in a refrigerator when opened.
